Hi my friends ! I brought here FinRok in 2016 and he won the 2017 championship . Risto the name from Finland a great friend and super dos gamer. Using replay handling and dosbox savestats he demonstrated to be a great no-rh racer in few months. He is the owner of the youtube channel "Major Thrifwood" , one of the best dos gaming channel ever. I have a question my friends, I always thought that if you go airborne at the max speed entering a banked road, you will lose time compared to do not going airborne, am i wrong ?

Let's all play in open GNU competition mode this month, it's allowed by the rules: "You may override this behavior to a positive direction (e.g. make your PUBLISHED even when sent during quiet days.)"

I might be focusing on the wrong things for optimization. I'm curious who the mysterious driver is, my wild guess is last year’s champion!

Thanks @MiDiaN! It's a well-optimized replay but not excessively so; if a driver of your level has issues matching it there is probably some trick that is missing from your run.
I will add: I have deliberately avoided practicing on this track before its publication (kept on ice after some 1:45 validation replays), so even if the timing of some acrobatics is very tight my lap does not contain one-in-a-million miracles. I could rebuild a similar replay from scratch in about 90 minutes.
If nobody beats my time during this week I will drop some hints, or maybe publish a lap made by a mysterious driver I had asked to test this track (Don Matrelli? Mika Häkkinen? The Stig?)
