Victor I cannot run so much unfortunately but I think that this can or could be a problem for many of us here . And This could be an argument as well to prevent health problems that it has not so much sense . Maybe establish a daily or weekly time limit, obviously as a suggestion . honestly, my side effects I think don't affect the performance , i feel that movement is fine but just noise and bad skin sensibility on the last 2 right fingers and right part of the hands. This I think happens because of some compression of ulnar nerve due to these movements done for so many years. Probably I press too strongly the key when i play . Probably the initial cause was not from gaming but i don't know. I only know that I can play a very limited amount of time to avoid this and that this is the main reason why I quitted the big championship.
