Happy birthday @Seeker1982! And that's very pretty, @Ryoma, both car and dashboard!
  • Ryoma
    @Duplode thanks almost finish skidmc41.png
  • Duplode
Phew, that was close! A really late definition of the LTB point! Cheesy

Whoa mama. @Ryoma you have created another masterpiece. This beast has crazy speed like your LC1 and LC2, and very stable. With this, the Veyron and @Alan Rotoi's A-70, we have a collection of digital dashboard rocketships! Cheesy

  • Spoonboy
It also looks amazing. Don't know how you've managed such a complex body shape with such a low poly limit.
  • Ryoma
Thanks @Spoonboy. It took me about one year for the shape. First, I collect the vertices with Excel for the rear. I create an .OBJ that I import and after I simplify. And I finish the front. It's a different process comparing to my previous cars.

Why quiet replays and not replayshhh?
  • Overdrijf
Not a contender this month. I had some plans for a fence sliding full powergear Indy lap, but it turned out to be both unconpetitive and impractical, unless someone figures out a good skip for the illusion-chicane at least. Wait, did someone figure out one of those? 25 minutes until we know!

Congrats to @Argammon (overall) and @MarkNailwood (Amateur League) for taking the top spots! On a personal note, I'm glad I was somewhat competitive in the mid-field for the first time :-) (although I'm painfully aware that some of the Big Dogs weren't all that active this race)!
  • Erik Barros
    Congratulations @Argammon @Duplode and @MarkNailwood. also to @Spoonboy and @MortimerMcMire
  • Argammon
Thanks, congratulations @Duplode, @MarkNailwood and @Spoonboy. Mark's result is remarkable. When was the last time a racer with automatic transmission achieved a podium spot? That must be a long time ago! Smiley
  • Alan Rotoi
Congrats guys! Also congrats to amateur league podium! Special congrats to @MarkNailwood. Can you imagine what this man can do with manual transmission? He's driving literally with one hand! Cheesy

May 6

  • Mark Nailwood
Thanks for the congrats! I really put some effort into this race Smiley. Yes, @AlanRotoi, I'm driving with one hand - and the other one on the Esc key Wink. In this race, especially when trying to pass the loop, which took me at least half an hour each time to succeed. Of course, I've also tried to drive manual a few times in some races, but I was always significantly slower than with auto transmission. I think with my driving style it will only make sense to choose manual when it's needed to get into Powergear very early and then continue like this until the end of the race Roll Eyes.
  • Duplode
What a way to enter the 2024 scoreboard -- congratulations @Argammon! Great race and results as well for everyone in the Amateur League podium: @MarkNailwood (overall podium!), @Spoonboy (another top 5!) and @MortimerMcMire (9th in the third race!).
  • Frieshansen
Congrats to @Argammon (that came as a surprise to me) @Duplode, @MarkNailwood (third with automatic - impressive), @Spoonboy and @MortimerMcMire!
  • dreadnaut
Hey folks! Didn't feel great yesterday, and didn't have time to delegate the track update either. New track will be up later today!
  • Alan Rotoi
Take your time @dreadnaut! I hope everything's allright.
  • Spoonboy
Congrats to @Argammon @Duplode and @Mark Nailwood! And a strong amateur podium performance from @Mortimer McMire! Really enjoyed this track and the different approaches to the inside track. Not my fastest, but I was very happy with the double bridge wraparound at the end of my 1:11.56 lap ☺️
  • dreadnaut
Scoreboard confirmed! Congratulations to @Argammon, @Duplode, and @MarkNailwood finally stepping on the podium 👏 That's a whopping 5 experience points for you!
  • dreadnaut
And the new track is up! Thanks go to @Argammon for ZCT274, "Mirage. And just to prove that, yes, you can get to the finish line, here's a first replay Grin

Custom track editors were made because the engine allows more that the build in track editor provides. But this might be the most engine bending track ever to feature a competition.. Thank you Argammon.. 🙏🏻 It's amazing..

Happy birthday @Spoonboy! Very clever "Mirage" track from @Argammon! Are LTB points being updated (considering points earned on last race)?
  • Argammon
Happy birthday @Spoonboy! Hoping you are getting some nice ice cream to spoon! Wink  PS: I am glad you guys are enjoying the track. Thanks!
  • Ryoma
This kind of track become to complex for me. I recognize the efforts but it's not for me.
  • Spoonboy
Thanks everybody! Been a fun day, back to business tomorrow. Zak business Wink
  • Duplode
@Zapper On the leading hours counter, yeah -- if 240 hours aren't reached in a race (thus granting an LTB point), the hours carry over until that happens. So e.g. you have started this one with 153 accumulated hours, and 87 (now 82) remaining.

May 8

  • Zapper
Hi @Duplode, sorry for the confusion, I wrote "LTB points" and not "leading hours", so yes, LTB points for me are understood and shown correctly Smiley The reason for asking if there was an update issue was that right after entering the LTB board for this race, before getting the first leading hour in this race i.e. "0", the carry over hours shown were not considering the C273's count, it just showed less leading hours carried from C272. Thanks.
